Mrs. Neva's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Before I even begin to tell you about my FAVORITE party food ever, I can't take a bit of credit for it. Mrs. Neva made it a few years ago for Pre-K birthday Friday & I've been addicted ever since.

What you need:
4 chicken breast
1/2 bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 pack of cream cheese
1 bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
2 cups of Fiesta cheese

Boil chicken until done. I put a little garlic salt in with my water. Cut up into large bite size pieces & put in a Pyrex dish. Make sure you spray your pan really good :)

Pour 1/2 bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sauce over the chicken. The original recipe called for a whole bottle, but Mrs. Neva only used 1/2. I can't imagine the heat if you used a whole bottle, but if you like heat go for it. Here is what the bottle looks like:

Sorry it's kind of blurry, but you can see what it is. Be careful not to get the wing sauce. I've never made it with any other kind of hot sauce, but I sort of think this is a KEY ingredient.

In a small sauce pot, melt & mix the bottle of ranch and cream cheese. Then pour it over the chicken mixture.

Top with 2 cups of Mexican/Fiesta Blend cheese.

Cover & cook at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. I take the cover off for the last few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite Mexican chips!

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the dip once it came out of the oven. I sort of forget about the pictures part of making my blog :(

This is easy to make in advance & also easy to half. Enjoy!
